Please review this document periodically and especially before you leave for the track. This is always subject to change and this website will always have the most current information.

  • Gates will be open at 6pm on Thursday and will be open 24 hours a day. However, you must have signed the BMW CCA waiver to get in and the waiver will not be available at all times. You must be out be 10pm on Sunday. Please read the entry procedures document for more info. Anticipate the BMW waiver to be available  6-9pm Thursday, 6:30-10am and 6-9pm Friday, 6:30-10am Saturday, 6:30-10am Sunday. This is minimum, we anticipate it being available more often on Friday to Sunday but are working on this. If you are arriving after 9:00pm or in the middle of the night, expect to have to wait til 6:30am to get in.
  • Tent camping is NOT permitted. Camping in an RV or trailer is permitted.  There are no RV hookups or showers available.
  • There is A/C power in the garages, but there are no RV water, sewer or electric hookups in the paddock. You must run off generators.
  • EZ-Up canopies/pop-up shade covers are permitted but you may not use any anchors in the pavement.  Use weights or spare wheels and tires to hold them down instead.
  • Not following staff directions is reason for expulsion from the event.
  • Paddock speed is 15 mph. Speeding around the paddock will be grounds for you to be removed from the event. Excessive speed may cause you to not get a warning.
  • DO NOT DAMAGE THE FACILITY. If you did something, get in contact with the BMA CCA staff and they will help you handle the situation. If we get billed, you get billed.
  • Keep your car under control when you are on track. Hitting hard objects will ruin your weekend and may result in us not being invited back.
  • If you think you are having car issues on track, GET OFF THE LINE. Get off the track in a safe spot and wait for help. There are lots of spots to remove cars so don’t drive around the whole track with a damaged car.
  • The road next to the garages are limited to garage participants, instructor drop off and cars as directed by staff.
  • The only foot traffic permitted in the hot pits during race sessions will be racers, crew, and officials.
  • NO MINORS in the hot pit lane at any time
  • Bathrooms are fairly limited. The main bathroom is in the event center. There may be a few port a potties around. Bathrooms inside the garages are for garage renters only. There are a few single stall bathrooms that you can access from outside. These are located between garages 6 and 7, 12 and 13, 18 and 19, 24 and 25, and after 34.
  • Do not do anything to damage the asphalt in the paddock. Place plywood under jack stands, trailer supports, and RV levelers (this list is not exhaustive, use common sense). Having drip pans would be a VERY good idea.
  • No race engines before 7am or after 9pm.
  • No pets allowed anywhere on the COTA facility.
  • Visitor/guest vehicles are not permitted to pass through the tunnel into the paddock area.  Visitor parking info can be found here.
